Helper Rules & Guidelines

Important regulations every helper must follow. Made by the Helper Management Team.

📜 General Rules

First Come First Served: Handle the tickets in order and if a member doesn't respond within 15 minutes of them opening their ticket move to the next one.

Only Claim What You will Complete: Don't message in tickets unless you intend to fulfil them since unnecessary messages can create confusions.

Un claim If Unable To Finish: If you can't complete a claimed ticket then un claim it immediately and ask another helper in the helper chat to take over so please avoid claiming tickets that you know you cannot finish.

Stay Professional: Treat everyone with respect even if they are being disrespectful and if an issue arises please contact a staff member and we will handle the situation appropriately.

💳 Payment & Service

Provide help based on the information in our 📑│carry-information channel and the maximum runs per ticket is specified in that channel.

Additional Service Beyond Minimum: After completing the required amount of help if the member requests additional assistance, you may charge them for continued service but any help for free beyond the minimum requirement is considered a voluntary act of kindness on your part.

Strictly Forbidden: Asking for payment or suggesting cross-trading will result in immediate demotion and ban.

Allowed: Accept voluntary tips if offered by the member, let members choose which game passes to gift you, suggest options only if they ask for your preference.

Not Allowed: Asking members to pay you, hinting at tips or payments, requesting specific game passes without permission, cross trading.

🎯 Helper Quota

Anime Last Stand: Helpers are required to get 10 vouches weekly if they are unable to do so because of the game being dead then you won't be demoted but if the game is active then you have no reason for not reaching message quota.

Anime Vanguard: Helpers are required to get 10 vouches weekly if they are unable to do so because of the game being dead then you won't be demoted but if the game is active then you have no reason for not reaching message quota.

To check how much vouches you have please run the slash command /profile and it will show you if you met the weekly quota.

Helper Application Premium Redesign

  • The Helper Application website has been fully redesigned with a much more premium look and a cleaner application flow.
  • Input boxes, game selection, section layout, progress display, and the upload area were upgraded for a smoother and more professional experience.

  • Sailor Piece (SP) is now available in the carry panel, helper application flow, and server-side validation.
  • The entry selector now supports dedicated custom emojis for Carry and Become Helper via the environment config.
  • The public site has been refreshed so the expanded support lineup is visible immediately.

The Champion Update & Ticket Tweaks

  • We finally gave the #1 spot on the leaderboard the love it deserves! The absolute server champion now has their own massive, glowing showcase at the top.
  • Whenever someone opens a ticket, it now asks for their Join Method (Link or Username). Hopefully, this saves everyone some time!
  • Spruced up the ticket layout with cool custom emojis for the Gamemode and Goal headers.
  • Staff can now add up to 300 vouches at once using /addvouch – limit increased just in case.

Fixing the Vouch Exploit & Logic Tweaks

  • Fixed the funny bug where helpers could basically vouch for themselves. Nice try though! 😁
  • Members can't claim their own carry requests anymore. Yeah, apparently that was a thing.
  • We added a strict check: you can't close a ticket until a vouch is dropped (unless a staff member forces it closed). First vouch, then close!
